Touble Installing Adobe Reader.

When I try to install Adobe Reader on my PC running Windows 7, I get a message saying a newer version is already installed. I have no version of Adobe Reader on my PC. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I could find and nothing has helped.

    Hi WILLIEP12,

    Have you tried to removing the application through the cleaner tool?

    If not, then please try removing the Adobe Reader using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    and then install Adobe reader through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.
