Trackpad scrolling on Surface Pro 2017 broken in "Fit One Full Page" mode

Scrolling while in "Fit One Full Page" mode in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is broken on Surface Pro 2017 trackpad. Scrolling is smooth using the trackpad in the other view modes, but in One Page mode, scrolling is erratic, not smooth, and seems to be "stuck" (you can see the scrollbar trying to move, with the preview flashing, but the page doesn't smoothly scroll). Scrolling works perfectly using the touch screen in all modes, and the trackpad works fine in all the other modes. This has been a problem since I purchased the Surface Pro. I thought the new update to Acrobat Reader DC would fix the issue, but it hasn't been addressed. Can anyone help me with this?
