tranferring books from 1 laptop to another

I had bought plenty of books on my old computer but I can't find them here. The old computer is trashed as it crashed. is there any way to access those books. I'm not sure if I'd authorised that computer using adobe Id. I think I did but not sure

    Have you stored the books locally on the old computer hard disk or are they on the document cloud? If the books were stored on document cloud, please refer to the help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/help/manage-files.html
