At this time, Adobe Acrobat does not provide a built‑in option to sort custom stamps (for example, alphabetically or by date) within the Stamps panel. The order of custom stamps is not user‑configurable via the UI, preferences, or any documented settings.

You can use the Adobe Wish form to file a feature request with the product team.

Workaround:

Use categories strategically
When creating a stamp, choose or create a category (for example: Finance, HR, Legal, 2026 Approvals). Stamps are grouped by category in the Stamps menu.

Name stamps with a consistent prefix
For example:

• 01_Approved

• 02_Reviewed

• 03_Rejected
