Trouble on Cancelling Trials

There is no option on "Cancel Plan"

Yes, I only gave my mastercard info but and theres a less balance of it (Virtual Debit).

Yes my transaction is cancelled due to the insufficient balance.

Is there any way to cancel my plan, without having a transaction?
