trouble printing online reports and statements

I no longer have an option to print my bank statement. Adobe Reader only provides me with an option to Save, but no Print option. It used to work. I use Google Chrome as my browser.

I uninstalled Reader Touch, and reinstalled Reader DC. But that didn't work. Yet I can still print files.

    1. Your workflow that you are trying to achieve

    2. Your OS version

    3. Adobe Reader version

    Could you also clarify the statement "Yet I can still print files." ?
