Trouble with launching some Adobe files: what apps should i keep?

I transferred all files and apps from my old HP laptop to a new (refurbished) HP with Windows 10. I am having trouble launching some file. Do i need all these Adobe apps? They appear to be redundant and may be my problem.

I have these Adobe apps, some with designation "new" in the following list order:

Acrobat Distiller 9

New

Acrobat Reader DC

Acrobat.com

New

Adobe

New

Acrobat Pro 9 Pro

Adobe Design Premium CS4

Adobe Reader 9

    Before we start deletinghokeaseetellnisctge actual problem in detail. What does “trouble launching skme file” meaning detail please?

    I bought an app called  Zinstall and it worked well but there are duplicate programs on the new computer.

    As for Adobe files., when i try to launch certain ones, i see a dialogue box: "Can't find this file..."  Sometimes in trying to open a file, the computer freezes.

    I  also suspect  an issue with a file called WISPTIS.exec. I noticed this file on one occasion when i open Task Manager to close down all apps to overcome a freeze.
