Trouble with Removing lines over page numbers in PDF

When I convert my Word doc without lines over the page numbers to a PDF lines appear.  How do I remove these lines?

    As per the issue description that there are some lines in the page numbers when converting the word documents to PDF. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

    1. Make and model of your device?

    2. Application version?

    3. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue?

    4. If possible, could you share the original word file?

    5. Is it happening in all word files or just one specific?

    Thank you for your response. I hope you can help me.  Please be patient with some of my answers.  I am a senior citizen and don't know some of this.  

     

    1. Make and model of your device? HP Pavillion Slimline 400, 400-034

    2. Application version? I don't know what this is.

    3. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue?   See 4

    4. If possible, could you share the original word file? Yes. I've attached Word file without lines and the PDF that shows lines

    5. Is it happening in all word files or just one specific? This is the first time this has happened
