"Trust this site issue" since DC version

Question

Good day, I am working for a Bank. Our Users in are getting the below error on the https://www.ufiling.co.za/ site when they try to agree on terms and conditions.

This is a huge problem to us and we need urgent assistance please, this only occurred after upgrading to DC. If you click on Allow nothing happens just reloads.

Please assist

Please share the exact dot version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version with which you are experiencing the issue.
