Trying to convert to a word document when I already have an account

I already have an ADOBE account, when I attempt to send a pdf to convert, the document will not export it takes me back to open an account page.  I do not understand why.  I checked my account and it is showing as active.  I do not want to cancel, but If the program will not operate properly. What can be done?
