Hello,

I am trying to sign a form in Adobe reader on a pdf but the tools sign option is greyed out. I have filled in every fillable space possible and also tried copying and pasting a jpeg of my signature and that isn't working. I tried requesting to send to sign so I could email it to myself to sign and it isn't working. I tried doing it through my phone and was able to create a signature but then it deleted everything I had filled in when opening it that way. Please help!!!!!

Hi Sarahf50283933,

You may first check whether you are allowed to add the signature in the document or not?

Open Document> Right Click> Document Properties> Security> Signing (Whether its allowed or not)

The document that you are trying to sign, that might be secured.

Kindly check the same and let us know.

We would be waiting for the update.

Regards,

I apologize for the delay in response to your last update.

In this scenario would that be possible for you to share the file with us?

I have shared the email via private message, you may send the file to us on that mentioning your forum thread in the subject.
