Turn off signature sync

We own a couple of dozen Adobe standard DC licenses and have them all registered through our IT department. Only downside is the sync functionally enabling any of user end users to see what others are working on or use their signatures. How do we prevent our end users from seeing what others are working on and take away their ability to sign documents using another's signature. There has to be an easy way to turn off this sync functionality. The only option in Adobe online services is to sync preferences across all devices even with that unchecked it still pulls in the documents.
