Two accounts on the same computer

Hi,

I have two accounts, one personal and one company account. Company account subscribe on Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro. With my personal account I started to subscribe on Lightroom yesterday.

No problem til this morning. Now when I open Reader Pro I am logged in with my personal account which does’nt have a subscription on Reader Pro. Which leads to a popup window pops up right away with three options. Either you can choose to close the program, buy it, or start a trial period. I don’t want either of these, I just want to change account which is not possible before you act on some of the options in the popup window.

How do I solve this problem? I want to be logged in on my personal account in Lightroom and my company account in Reader Pro on the same computer.

Best regards,

Therese

    Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when you’re managing both personal and company accounts on the same device.

Right now, Adobe apps like Reader and Lightroom try to use a single active Adobe ID across apps. Since you recently signed into Lightroom with your personal account, Reader Pro is also picking up that same login automatically. That’s why you’re seeing the subscription popup.

Currently, Adobe does not support being logged into two different Adobe IDs simultaneously across apps on the same OS session. You may share your feature request with engineering team here https://acrobat.uservoice.com/ for their consideration and implementation in the future updates.

    Hope this information will help.
