Yes, but not with Reader. If you had Acrobat you could export the results of the Advanced Search to a CSV file, which could then be used to print only the pages that have matches. I've developed such a tool and it can be purchased here: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Print or Extract Pages from CSV Search Results

In theory, it might be possible to do something similar in Reader, using a script, but searching 300-400 pages is not likely to work.
