Unable to access “Adobe Export PDF”

I am supposed to be subscribed to 'Adobe Export PDF' which is stated on my invoice beside the order number. Every time I try to convert a PDF to Word 10 docs, I am directed to the subscription page to join.

HELP PLEASE!!!

    Hi

    Are you signed in with the same Adobe ID that you purchased Adobe Export PDF? The first step is to sign out and sign in again, as that usually solves it. I will move this from “Get Started” to “Acrobat Reader”.
