unable to access premium features from desktop - adobe acrobat reader

I purchased the premium features for adobe acrobat reader from android phone. Am able to access the features from phone but not from windows desktop app.

Logged in using google account.

Pls help

Reader is free, but certain subscriptions add features to it. Other subscriptions require Acrobat. This is why I asked what specific features the Android premium subscription gives.

Which specific features, please? Acrobat's services come from 3 places on Windows: Acrobat Reader app; Acrobat app; online services. It is different from Android.
