Unable to confirm text box comments because confirm button is blocked

Hello. While trying to add text box comments at the top of pdfs in adobe reader on my iPad  (picture enclosed)

 

, I am unable to click the confirm button after writing the comment because there is a box in the way that I cannot move. I only have this problem when using reader, I haven't seen this box on another app. I'm sure that there is an easy fix to this, but I can't work it out and haven't been able to find anything online from searching.

    I'm not sure if it's related or not, but whenever I use reader i also get that tiny annoying keyboard instead of the normal iPad one. I watched some online tutorials on how to make that keyboard bigger by pulling it apart with your fingers, but that doesn't work
