Unable to Convert PPT and DOC to PDF Using PDF Service API with Enterprise Version

I am using the PDF service API, but I'm unable to convert PPT to PDF and DOC to PDF. I have an enterprise version, so why can't I use this service? I had to create a free tier account to use it.

I didnt get your answer, is this feature available ? If yes why it is not working? Also why the api is not accessible with premium membership?

This api is not available in Acrobat Reader.
