Unable to Copy Contents in Adobe Reader or Acrobat

Hi ,

Please Help to sort out the problem of Adobe Reader. In which I am not able to Copy any content ... Always I received PDF file from my Bank as statement and Used to open a month before but this time It is not opening. Although I talked to My Bank regarding this who told me that there is no any security and changes made by them. Kindly guide me how to tackle this .

    You need to describe the problem more clearly. Is the issue that you can't copy contents from the file, or that you can't open the file?

    The two things are quite different...

    Also, what exact application (including version number) are you using, and what's your operating system?

    HI Sir/Madam,

    As above given that I am not able to copy contents and paste to another file as in excel, Word. File is opening well so Guide me how to tackle problem..

    Are you able to select the text in the file? If so, what happens when you copy and paste it into Word?
