unable to create a link. Reader

Hello, I am unable to create a link to a document via Adobe Cloud. When I click the button to create a link, a small grey empty popup window opens. The same thing happens when I try to open the popup window for user reviews who have access to the document.

Acrobat Reader can't create links in PDF files.

It's just as if it's right now, but it definitely shouldn't be. In the previous update, the same buttons created links without any problems. In the updated version, the buttons are still there, but for some reason, they don't work. It's also interesting to find out if this is the case for everyone or only for some users depending on certain factors?

In that case you had Acrobat, not Reader. It's the same application but it switches from one mode to another depending on whether you have a valid subscription. Reader never could add links, and it can't now. This has not changed.
