Question

unable to create a PDF file automatically

Hello! I've been using your Adobe Acrobat Reades since ever and always worked fine.

The problem now is when I'm editing a document in the Word app and then want to convert to pdf. I use the DORO pdf converter and always worked fine, but now, after actualizing Adobe instead of creating a .pdf document, it creates a 2020 file. Is there a way on your app to chose not to use this extension?

Thanks!

Reader is not involved in the process of creating the file, nor does it save any file with a "2020" extension.

I would contact the "DORO PDF Converter" people and ask them what's going on.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software is the free, trusted global standard for viewing, printing, signing, sharing, and annotating PDFs. For more information please refer to the help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/reader/faq.html)

The free Acrobat Reader software does not come with any extension to convert to PDF from Word.

What is a "2020 file"?

I have no idea! In the past I used to use the Doro PDF printer to print as pdf and it worked perfectly. but now, Adobe makes a 2020 file. I'd paste a link here, but it is safer if you Google it.
