Unable to determine if English Only or MUI version of DC Reader installed

I am attempting to use Chocolatey to automate the updating of Adobe DC Reader.

Older versions (X and XI) update correctly.

However, I received a machine from another office which had an older version of DC Reader installed.

The Powershell scripts failed.

I (or the script maintainer) needs a way to determine which version (English Only or MUI) is installed.

I cannot find any way to tell.
