Unable to digitally sign PDF

Hello there.

When trying to sign my PDF digitally after going over to Certificates the Digitally Sign button is all grayed out and I am unable to click on it. I tried to re-install the Adobe DC as to see if this will help but with no luck. I was able to sing the documents in Adobe DC multiple times before, but this time I can't.
