Unable to download converted PDF -> Word file from Acrobat Reader

I have Acrobat DC (20.012.2004*) and have purchased the subscription which enables me to convert pdf files to Word.  This has always worked, and whilst it is allowing me to convert a document, whenever I try and download the converted document it fails with "Download failed " and no error message (not very helpful).  It doesn't matter where I try and save it, |I get the same error, and I also get the error when I try and convert a pdf that I was able to successfully convert and download the other day.  I've restarted my PC etc but to no avail.  Any suggestions?

    I've got now the same error. This have worked fine in the past, at least to me. Is it a mistake coming from an update on the SW?

    Try signing out of Acrobat, then close the application, relaunch it and sign back in.  That fixed it for me.
