Unable to export a PDF file into Word

I just paid for the subscription to convert PDF files to MS Word .docx files.  After the each attempt, Adobe Reader gets hung up at this stage, as you can see from the PNG file below. Granted, the file is 12.7 MB, which is has quite a few photos, but that shouldn't be a problem, should it?
