Unable to fill form in Reader

Greetings,My company uses Adobe Reader XI and a couple years ago I purchased Export PDF which allows me to "Fill & Sign" documents using my actual signature and "Add Text" anywhere on the document.  I recently got a new laptop and want to use this same software on the new laptop.  When I went to upgrade the software I was able to add Export PDF however it appears to only allow online signing of documents and does not seem to offer the same convenient embedded features.  I want to be able to sign documents when I am off-line.  Does anyone know if it is still possible to do with within Reader XI?  Thank you for your help!Jason

Export PDF service helps you to convert PDF to editable Word, Excel and RTF documents.

If you have Adobe Reader installed, you can use "Fill & Sign" tool to fill the forms. It's a free service.

You need to simply open the form in the application and use the tool.

It seems that you are opening form online.

Could you please confirm the dot version of Adobe Reader you are using on your system.

To check that, open application and got to Help menu>About Adobe Reader.

Please share the steps you do the fill the form.
