Unable to Get New Comments on Shared Review with SharePoint Server

When some user use Adobe  Acrobat Reader to share review, they are unable to connect to the SharePoint review server.

Display the exception of "unable to access the network".

Please view the images for more detail.

Any help from you will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, 

 

  I faced a similar issue. I performed the following workaround:

  1. Open a file in Adobe
  2. Select Help> Repair installation.
  3. Restart Adobe and open the file.
