Unable to Highlight text.

Question

Hi my document doesn't have any protection and i don't know why adobe reader doesn't function when i want to underline or highlight. What can I do?

Hi Ceciliai,

The document on which you are working on, what type of document is that? Does it contain the actual text or and image?

You may check with another document if that has a same problem or not.

Check - highlight tool not working (Edit PDF)

If it is one particular document, you can share the file with us via email. you can send it to the email that is shared via private message with you. Please do mention your forum thread in the subject.
