Unable to install Acrobat Reader

Hi,

 

I'm trying to install Acrobat Reader but get Error 150210. I used the Adobe acrobat/reader clenaer tool to clean up and then downloaded the installation file from the direct url and run as an admin. However, I still get the Error 150210. Please find attached.
