Unable to install Adobe Acrobat Reader Dc on Laptop

Hello,

I have been installing Adobe Acrobat Reader on my laptop but not able to install. I didnt understand the problem. Can anyone help me to fix out this issue.

Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
