Unable to install Adobe reader DC

Hi, I am unable to install Acrobat Reader DC. It says (new version already installed). I dont have any version installed and therefore I am having issues. I tried several things but failed so far. I am attacking screenshots for your reference. kindly help.

if you have no acrobat nor reader versions installed, uninstall per http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
