I have written a couple of letters to your financial departement due to the fact that I have not been able to install neither use you software and hence will not pay for it.

    Hi.

    Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free application so there is nothing to pay for. So, what exactly did you pay for? And what problems are you having with the installation?

    (By the way, I'm a fellow user, not Adobe staff)
