Unable to move library content to my NOOK Devices

When transferring content to my Nook Devices, I get an error message stating that the file is corrupt.  Barnes and Noble states it is an Adobe Digital Reader issue.  Does anyone have a solution for me.

    Are you talking of an epub? a .pdf?
