Unable to move to document edges when zoomed in.

When viewing a document (native page size of 17.00 x 11.00 in) at 100% zoom, the right edge of the page is hidden behind the tool bar and cannot be moved into view. This does not seem to occur at other zoom level. As the entire page should have the ability to be viewed at any zoom level, I assume this is a bug. Please look into this issue.

    Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

    A couple of things that would help narrow this down:

    • Have you started experiencing this issue recently after an update? What is the version of the Acrobat application you are using? Try updating the Acrobat to the latest version  26.001.21789 Out of cycle update, Aug 11, 2026 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

    • Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Try with a different PDF file and check. 

    • Does this happen with standard page sizes (Letter, A4) too, or only with the 17 x 11 in custom size you mentioned?

    • Are you viewing in Single Page mode or continuous scrolling, and have you tried Shift + scroll wheel or a two-finger horizontal swipe to pan right?
