Unable to open Adobe Reader DC 64 bit

Adobe Reader DC will no longer open. I have downloaded the latest version (64 bit) from the website and did an uninstall and reinstall. I have changed to run in compatibility mode.  I have Windows 11.  How can I get this working again.

I did get it working by installing the 32bit version.
