Unable to open an interactive pdf document

Hello,

I am unable to open an interactive questionnaire sent as a pdf document. When i open it i get below error:

I have the latest version of adobe reader downloaded, the issue persists with the latest version too. A friend of mine suggested maybe an older version of adobe reader may work for such documents, i dont know where i can find the older version.

Can anyone help me on how to open this pdf document?

    Make sure you download the file locally and open it with Adobe Reader. You may also refer and try the suggestion from the following Adobe help article PDF won’t display. Please wait …

    Are you on Windows or Mac machine and what is the version?

    What is the current version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    If it is specific to one PDF, is it possible to share the file with us so that we can test it at our end? Share the file by direct/private message only How Do I Send Private Message

    What actual app are you seeing it in? For example Chrome, Outlook, Firefox, Edge? That's what really matters. It isn't about whether Reader is installed.
