Unable to open and download PDF files

I recently reinstalled Reader & Reader DC. I am unable to open docs in my Pro version and PDF at all. My Macbook is showing no ability to use PRO.

    Hi there!

    I believe you have an older version of Mac OS.

    To proceed with the Acrobat installation, you may check whether your system meets all the requirement to install it or not.
