Unable to open attachment in Pdf

I am unable to open attachment in PDF.

Error: Adobe Acrobat cannot open the file attachment because your pdf file attachment settings do not allow this file to be opened. The Reader Version is 2022.003.20314. Can anyone assist.  Below steps are done. 

 

Trust Manager settings are selected as "Allow Opening Of Non-PDF File Attachments With External Applications."

 

Also did the below regisgtery change.

1) Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies\adobe\AdobeAcrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cDefaultLaunchAttachmentPerms
2) Double-click the following value: sBuiltInPermList

3) In the Value Data field, locate the file type extension (.zip).

4) Change the number directly after the file type extension to 1

      The file attached in the PDF is .zip file. Kindly advide if .zip are also blocked permanently with  August 2018 release of Acrobat Reader.
