unable to open files from Document Cloud
Good Morning
When I try to open files from the document cloud I get a message that Adobe Document Cloud is busy processing the previous task. (even after long idle time) ...
I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Reader DC, and did not solve the problem.
I can see the files in the Document Cloud but I can not process them.
I have another computer where I do not have any problem ...
any help??
