Unable to open PDF

Hi

I am unable to open any PDF documents attached to emails as they state "password protected". I can see this is an issue for many people. I have tried putting in all passwords I use. Still nothing. I can not remember ever having installed the option of password protecting files so assume this is something Adobe has done themselves. Frustrating!

Message read: "The password is incorrect. Please make sure than Caps Lock is not on by mistake and try again."

I have done this numerous times and still nothing. Please do not ask for a screen shot of the message as I do not know how to do this.

    The PDF Document you received in the Email is Password Protected. Unless the writer/creator of the PDF Document and or the person/Entity that sent you the document in the email supplied you with the correct password you won't be able to open it. This has nothing to do with any Adobe software.

    Contact the person/Entity that sent you the document and ask for the password.
