Unable to open PDF file, Error: Error opening the document, it can not be recovered

Hola.

Error al abrir el documento, no puede recuperarse

Me han mandado un correo importante que contiene un PDF. Sin embargo, no puedo leer el PDF. El mensaje que me aparece siempre es: "Error al abrir el documento. El archivo está dañado y no puede recuperarse".

Tengo instalada la última versión de Adobe Reader y mi sistema es Windows 10. He probado a hacer todo lo que he encontrado en Internet y nada me ha servido. Además, cuando he intentado recuperar la información del PDF en alguna aplicación online, siempre me decía que no se podía, que no había "data". También me he descargado aplicaciones para buscarle solución pero ninguna aplicación consigue leermelo, siempre me salen mensajes de error.

Necesito leer el PDF cuanto antes.

    We're sorry for the trouble you had while opening the PDF file in Adobe Reader.

    Generally, the error message comes when the PDF file is damaged. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader and then try saving it with a different file name using 'Save As' feature and check.

    Also, you may try opening the PDF file in a browser, and check.

    Also, refer to the following Adobe article and discussions and try the suggestions marked as 'correct' and 'helpful' Resolve damaged document error when opening PDF files

    If the issue still persists, then you might have to ask the owner of the PDF file to resed the PDF again.
