Unable to open PDF on Mac Air from SharePoint

We have a user that is unable to open PDF's from SharePoint on his Mac Air. This is from both the web and from the OneDrive sync.

We have tested other PDF's that are not synced and they are working. Other users that are on Windows computers are able to open the same documents without errors.

We have done a OneDrive resync but are still unable to open the PDF's. There are also no errors. Adobe just doesnt open.
