Unable to open PDF's created in Visio

I have a user that is unable to open any PDF's he generates in Visio.  He is able to open them with other PDF viewers or Google Chrome, but Reader does not seem to work now.  When he is able to open them in Reader, they are blank and have an error message about there being a problem with the PDF, but no other viewing programs act this way.  It doesn't look like it's a Visio problem, but does look like an Adobe Reader problem.

    Hello ryany3154489

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please check for any pending or latest updates of Adobe Reader from Help>Check for updates. You may also try to repair the installation file of Adobe Reader from Help>Repair installation(only for Windows).

Restart the computer once after the installation of updates and repair.

If the issue persists, reset the Adobe Reader preferences, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.
