Unable to preview documents in Explorer preview pane using Adobe reader

Question

I was hoping someone had come across this before. We have recently installed Server 2022 on a new server and cannot get Adobe Reader to preview documents on the preview pane. We have tried most of the stuff on the Internet and contacted Adobe support, but they cannot get to the bottom of this.

I have tried uninstalling Adobe reader, reinstalling it, repaired Adobe reader, Preview pane in Explorer turned on/off,

What happens when you try to preview the PDF document in Explorer preview pane? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

Are you able to preview the PDF on a non server 2022 machine? Please check if its working fine there.
