I tried to print a PDF file from an email attachment and my printer can't seem to read the PDF yet it was able to print a word document. The Acrobat reader is already installed, but it doesn't seem to connect to the file. PLEASE HELP!

    Hello Lydiai,

We're sorry for the trouble you had while printing a PDF, please save the PDF file locally and open it with Adobe Reader and then try printing it.

If the PDF file is already saved locally, then try printing the PDF file as an Image using Adobe Reader Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

You can also refer and try the suggestion from the Adobe article Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Have you tried printing any other PDF? Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed? What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Are you not able to print one specific PDF or all the PDF fils?

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
