Unable to print document using ACROBAT READER DC

My issue is i have installed this and followed instructions to a tee, checked the troubleshooting pages, checked my printer and computer and everything looks good but it keeps telling me i can't print or my coupons already printed but they didn't ???

Any help?

    Hi Trinab29452983,

    Is there any specific error message comes up when you are trying to print the document?

    If it is with one perticular documnet then try priniting it as image.

    You may please refer to the help document Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

    and see if that helps.

    I have an MacBook Pro with Sierra 10.12.2 and Acrobat Reader DC (french) :

    Architecture: x86_64

    Build: 15.23.20053.211670

    AGM: 4.30.67

    CoolType: 5.14.5

    JP2K: 1.2.2.37658

    Acrobat will print only one document, further attempt fail to connect to printer. I have to quir and restart Acrobat to print another document.

    I tried to up-date Acrobat but I get the message that Acrobat is already up-to-date.
