Unable to print double-sided

I received a printable file, but cannot get it to print double-sided to our Konica. I've selected print double-sided, and I can get Word to do print something double-sided, so it's not the printer. I've tried renaming the file -no luck. I could do it manually, of course, but this should work.  Ideas?

    Hi Flushpuppy,

    Assuming you have Reader installed on the machine, could you confirm if "print on both sides of paper" option is selected when printing in Reader? You may refer to this link for the same: Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC

    Does this happen with this specific file only or with all the files?

    Also, try updating Reader using "check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try printing again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
