Unable to print from Adobe Reader DC on AWS WorkSpaces

Hi there,

We have an odd problem.

We are unable to print PDF documents from Adobe Reader DC on AWS WorkSpaces running Windows 10 on Windows Server 2016.

Symptom: User clicks Print in Adobe Reader DC, but the job is never sent to the print queue.

We have approximately 160 WorkSpaces and a significant number of them experience this issue from time to time.

Note: We are able to print PDF documents from any other software that is able to open PDF documents (Google Chrome, Foxit etc).

Moreover, users are also able to print from other applications like Word, Excel, Notepad and a number of internal business applications. This issue only appears to surface when using Adobe Reader DC. We have the latest version installed across all WorkSpaces.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix or workaround? Any help would be appreciated.
