Unable to print labels

Hi I have downloaded several times and the Adobe product is not being recognized by a program I need to print with, Any suggestions?

    Could you please share the workflow you are following?

    Also, which application you have downloaded- Acrobat Reader/Adobe Acrobat?

    The program is Acrobat Reader DC and the program is a program I use to print labels. I downloaded it and its recognized in Expolorer but not Chrome Browser. I am not sure what else I can provide?????

    I have no idea what you mean by "not recognised" really, but Chrome does not use Acrobat Reader for anything. What do you actually see? What do you want to see instead?
