Unable to Print PDF - AI assistant blank screen blocks printing on Acrobat reader

Question

I have never bought it and one day it popped up as I was printing a PDF doc. It blocked me for printing. Today tried a new pdf to print hit the printer button and up came the AI circle and it just stays there and I can't print.

Sorry for the troubled experience. Would you let us know more about this problem? We would like to know about the following things:

Does this happen every time you try to print a file?
Or does it happen when you launch the application? When did it start to happen?
If possible, please share a video of the issue while closing everything necessary on the screen.
Also, use this diagnostic tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html to capture logs from your machine. Instructions are mentioned on the help page
